Eligibility for Refunds

  • You received the wrong item
  • You changed your mind within our return window

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items worn or used outdoors
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if any)

Refund Methods

Shipping Costs

  • If returning due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs
  • If returning for other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get the exact product you want in a timely manner.
